The story:

I was showing the song to my cousin and I made a comment about
the song that she thought was funny.

I thought it was a song about a guy who ran out on his girlfriend
because she was crying and then came back seven years later
expecting her to still be there...
I was really wrong. it's interesting how a couple of words change a
whole meaning.
