I never understood what dairy cheese had to do with anything, but figured they were high or something when they wrote it!
I realized I had been wrong all these years when I went to a Beatles cover band consert, and heard them say Billy Shears, not dairy cheese.

I heard this the exact same way too! XD Only both my sister and I thought it was "dirty cheese", and I didn't even know it was "Billy Shears".
