Caribou cream, now we're sharing the same Twix...

The story:

There was a time I could never make out the real
lyrics to this song, but I do remember dream sounded
like the well-known candy bar Twix. I never thought
"Caribou cream" until just now, but I thought it
would be funny imagining that it is a tradition in
some other country to dip a Twix bar in "Caribou
cream" before eating it. And that Caribou cream is
some kind of thick sweet vanilla cream made by
"Caribou", which would be the brand name and/or the
name of the company that makes it.
