The story:

Was studying and this song came on from a loud party
in my dorm. Was the first time I heard it and
presumed the 'chemicals' meant that Cali girls could
get you any sort of drugs. I didn't know why they'd
have DC (direct current) wire though, and I've never
watched the Dukes of Hazard and couldn't think of
what else it said until I looked up the lyrics.
