Originally I thought this one of the adults or parents saying something warnful to one of the kids during the middle part of the song. Only, like, 15 years later, I find out it was actually a sample from an old New Edition song "Cool It Now". Where either Johnny Gill or Ralph Tresvant was singing and asking the rest of the guys in the group to stop teasing him.
