The story:

I was singing it in the shower with my mom in the
next room the week I was taking vacation Bible
school, and heard this lyric as I was hopping out
of the shower. I stuck my head in my mom's room
and said "Did she just say NINETEEN four-year-
olds?? What kind of horrible song is this??" and
she just laughed, because she didn't know what the
lyric was either! So now I always just imagine
this is a song about an overwhelmed preschool
teacher... especially since Enya CDs used to be
played in the daycare where I worked during
naptime!
