Well we were on a roadtrip heading home, and we happened upon the song as we were trolling the radio looking for something to listen to. I start singing along and of course sing the wrong lyric. Everyone looks at me like I have four heads and look rather shocked. The song is about suicide and survivor's guilt, so of course this misheard lyric is simply as wrong as it can get...
