The story:

My roommate was listening to Spiderwebs when I came into the
room, and I liked the song (it was fun to play on Guitar Hero),
then he posted a Facebook post with the lyrics to one of his
friends, i looked at it and laughed, because I thought he'd made
them up and/or rewritten it for the purpose he had in mind. For
lack of anything else to do, I looked up the lyrics. I got a nasty
surprise when I saw them. I suppose I was a little curious why
Gwen Stefani was singing "I scream my balls off" since this was
their own original song and...well, she's a girl. It never occurred
to me to actually check the lyrics and find out if she was saying
that. Now I know the truth, but the fact is, I still prefer my
version.
