The story:

I was in the car with my friend and her dad when the song came on and I started belting what I thought were the real lyrics of the songs. (I pictured poor peasants in the hot sun, praying for it to rain, to end a drought)My friend and dad looked at me like I was nuts. We proceeded to argue what the lyrics were until I listened more closely to the song and realized (reluctantly) that my friend was right.
