The story:

On a minibus, during a trip with some friends from the university chaplaincy, the song was one of the tracks on a CD our driver had brought. I sang my version loudly, and expressed surprise that Simon and Garfunkel would write such risqué lyrics. It took a while for the laughter to die down, and every time it came on again they would remember.

Interestingly, some people were almost taken in by my version, since it sort of makes sense in the context of "The Graduate"...
