After mumbling the incorrect lyrics along with the song for 34 years, it has finally occurred to me to Google the damn lyrics since it really made no sense who these "follows" (pronounced fellas) would be other than perhaps the grim reaper and an unnamed assistant. I am disappointed though with the official lyrics--so the singer has a bell, how does that in itself constitute a trip to hell?
