It was actually my uncle who'd misheard the lyrics.
One day, while watching a football game, he started
singing "touchy...feely" when Jay Feely, who was
kicker for the New York Giants, came onto the
field.
My mom and I started laughing, thinking he was
joking, but I could tell by his reaction that he
actually thought those were the lyrics.
